Make sense of the world – can we strive for more? Having launched Hunnect as a family business almost two decades ago, nowadays we translate more than 20 million words across 50 language pairs every year. Can we do more? Yes, we believe that by creating multilingual content we promote a better world around us. Thank you for visiting our website – let us know how we can help you make better sense of your world.
Although Hunnect is one of Hungary’s biggest translation companies, it started as a family business, and this ambience has been preserved ever since. The core values of our young and friendly team are kindness and helpfulness.
We perform every project with the utmost thoroughness and precision. Quality assurance is completed in-house, we are passionate about correct grammar use and orthography, while also making our aim to use all the translation tools and software environments that are popular in the language industry with a high degree of confidence.
We answer all incoming requests within 1 hour at most (during working hours in our time zone, 9 AM to 5 PM CET). Once a request is approved, you can be sure that it will be delivered on time.
As a premium language service provider based in Hungary, our aim is to become the regional leader for Hungarian, as well as Central and Eastern European Languages, while staying true to our original values: conveying our clients’ messages to the world across cultures, through swift, friendly and professional project management.

Striving for sustainability
Although the translation business is a relatively environmentally friendly industry, we take extra steps to minimise harm to the natural world. We encourage paper-free administration, eco-friendly commuting and energy efficient working (via home office and other measures).
As a member of the SaSMob-Szeged project, Hunnect is committed to encouraging eco-friendly commuting (by bicycle, public transport, carpooling, etc.). Also, we support working from home, which involves zero transport-related carbon emission.
We use the minimal amount of paper possible, and we constantly think of new ways to reduce printing and paper waste. We restrict printing only to what is absolutely necessary, and we re-use our paper waste. Other recyclable materials are selectively collected and disposed of.
We put a strong focus on working in an office that is just right for our company size, and we encourage remote working in order to use less energy and other resources in the office. We also employ strong eco-friendly policies in our IT infrastructure.
