New development at Hunnect: Call Centre

Brand-new call centre

When a company deploys a new piece of infrastructure, it is always like reaching a milestone. We feel the same here at Hunnect. By deploying a brand-new call center recently, we realized one of our old aims, to facilitate communication with our customers and providers over the phone.

Thanks to the quick and targeted auto-attendant system, incoming calls can reach the appropriate colleague in just a few seconds.

Even better, our call center can handle incoming calls 24/7. In case you call us outside office hours, you can leave a message, and our colleagues will get back to you first thing in the morning, on the next working day.

We sincerely hope that our new system will make working with us an even smoother experience.
